Primary Responsibilities to PISCO
As Marine Reserve Science Coordinator, my role is to synthesize marine reserve research in order to better understand the ecosystem-wide impacts of protection. This information was recently used to update PISCO's Science of Marine Reserves booklet, which is an educational tool for communicating marine reserve science to diverse national and international audiences.

Research Goals or Interests
My work investigates the ecology of larval and juvenile fishes and also addresses the direct and indirect effects of marine reserves on fish communities.
